We are seeking a Facility Coordinator to join our team. This key role requires a dedicated individual who can manage the day-to-day operations of a busy facility while also contributing innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience. As a Facility Coordinator, you will play a vital role in bringing the DRC's vision of "Inspiring the highest quality of life through exceptional experiences" to life. Requirements
Essential Job Requirements:
Education: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in Recreation or a related field is preferred.
Certifications: Must possess current CPR and First Aid Certification within 90 days of employment and be able to administer CPR and First Aid as needed.
Experience: Two years of experience in customer service and/or recreation programs is preferred.
Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
Physical Requirements:
o Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk for extended periods.
o Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
o Must possess good vision, hearing, and clear speech.
Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
